Brief Description: Mockup aft fuselage

Continued mockup of aft fuselage including the left side skin. Assembled the upper cross tie, F19-01, and updrilled except for the AN3 bolt locations. Located the shoulder belt attach plates just forward of bulkhead #4 per plan revision. Trimmed the Lower Stab. Support Angle F21-08 and updrilled to the #4 bulkhead. Enlarged the elevator rod hole in bulkhead #4 per the plan revision.
